- Target industries including manufacturing, business services, energy, media, consumer products and services, education, healthcare services and technologies
- Transaction sizes generally start at $10 million or higher and are typically underwritten based on cash flow
- Minimum EBITDA of $2,000,000 with moderate to high revenue growth
- Affiliates can accomodate change of control transactions, including management and leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations and expansion/growth financings in more mature, stabilized companies
- No 'seed' or start-up companies.
