Fritz Capital, LLC is a private equity/debt sourcing firm focused on investing in and developing medium sized companies in the developed and emerging regions. Fritz Capital Funding, LLC (FCF) acts as financial consultant - capital 'finder' offering middle-market companies cutting-edge advice and change-of- ownership transaction consulting to provide financing solutions to seasoned executives and leading management teams that seek to acquire, grow or combine corporate assets. FCF has its own proprietary group of equity investors to partner with developers in providing equity or loan guarantees on selected real estate projects or highly- leveraged debt and equity joint ventures.
We work with executives to identify capital providers in order to fund client projects and company expansion. Our untimate objective is to match our client's capital requirments with either private equity or strategic investors who share similiar goals.
Our affiliates typically invest their own capital and seek exceptional technology and energy companies with strong management teams possessing a clear vision of future company growth. Additionally, we can assist in situations where there are one or more existing shareholders who desire liquidity that have also provided for a continuity of their company's leadership. Although we prefer to work with private revenue-positive companies with audited financial statements, disruptive business models and seasoned management teams.
Our financial network is limited to accredited investors such as Financial Institutions, Hedge Funds, Private Equity Groups and Venure Capital Firms.

- Initiated $100 million in funding requests in 2009-10. Implemented private equity placement programs to secure capital forrenewable energy, oil and gas, and real estate projects.
- Was employed by Merrill Lynch, Inc. as Financial Consultant and held Series 7 and 66 RIA Securities Licenses.
- Holds (inactive) Arkansas licenses in Insurance and Real Estate and attended University of Arkansas School of Law from 1981-82.
- Was employed by the United States Justice Department as a Deptuty United States Marshal from 1986-1990.
